Free Sparring is a creative avenue for students to show their imagination as well as their technical skills in a controlled situation. Practicing on offensive combinations will enhance your defensive counterattack. Keep in mind that you must have an effective block—because in a street situation, if you don't have a good defense, you won't have a chance to show your offense.
